Software Engineer
Lead the design and deployment of AI‑powered learning modules, integrate them with LMS/ERP platforms, and train teachers to effectively use AI agents in classroom settings.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI‑integrated learning modules that align with existing LMS and ERP systems.
- Collaborate with curriculum designers and subject matter experts to embed AI agents into lesson plans and assessments.
- Conduct hands‑on training and workshops for teachers, enabling confident adoption of AI tools for personalized student support.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI agents in classrooms, gathering feedback to iterate and improve functionality.
- Provide technical guidance to school IT staff for seamless integration, deployment, and maintenance of AI solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in educational technology, curriculum design, or teacher training.
- Proficiency in Python and practical knowledge of machine‑learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Hands‑on experience with Learning Management Systems (Moodle, Canvas, etc.) and ERP integrations.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to train and support educators in technology adoption.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving mindset and ability to translate pedagogical goals into technical implementations.
