Lead the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI agents that deliver reliable, real‑world outcomes in production, blending automation, monitoring, and human oversight to ensure safe, high‑quality performance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI agents using Python and ML frameworks to solve complex business problems.
- Deploy agents on AWS infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Implement automated monitoring and alerting pipelines to track agent performance and detect anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate human oversight mechanisms and refine agent behavior.
- Analyze production data, iterate on models, and optimize agents for accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Hands‑on experience deploying ML solutions on AWS (SageMaker, ECS, Lambda).
- Knowledge of automation tools and monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with human‑in‑the‑loop workflows and safety considerations for AI systems is a plus.
