About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Guide engineering organizations through the onboarding, configuration, and scaling of AI‑assisted coding platforms.
- Develop custom integrations, scripts, and prompts using Python and JavaScript to align the tool with existing development workflows.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to translate customer feedback into feature enhancements and best‑practice documentation.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and technical deep‑dives for developers, architects, and leadership to showcase value and drive adoption.
- Monitor usage metrics, troubleshoot performance issues, and provide ongoing support to ensure sustained ROI.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience, preferably with Python and JavaScript in large‑scale codebases.
- Hands‑on experience building or fine‑tuning Large Language Model applications and prompt engineering.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS) and CI/CD pipelines for deploying AI services.
- Strong communication and customer‑facing skills, able to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
- Track record of driving technology adoption in enterprise environments.
