Agile Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to manage Agile software delivery, coordinate project activities, and facilitate Scrum processes for a Visitor Management System project in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Agile project delivery, Scrum methodologies, sprint management, stakeholder coordination, and software projects. Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English are required. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Agile software project delivery. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Manage sprint schedules, priorities, deliverables, and timelines. Coordinate with Product Owners, developers, QA, architects, and other stakeholders. Maintain and manage the product/project backlog and ensure priorities are clearly communicated. Track project progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues. Identify and resolve impediments that may affect sprint or project delivery. Ensure effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Monitor project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables. Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Support requirements gathering and coordinate with technical teams for implementation. Ensure Agile/Scrum practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate stakeholder meetings and manage project-related communication. Proactively identify delivery risks and coordinate mitigation plans. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
