About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑up, Review, Retrospective) for multiple cross‑functional teams.
- Co‑coach and mentor teams and product owners on Agile principles, ensuring adoption of best practices and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, backlog prioritisation, and release planning.
- Identify and remove impediments, promote a culture of transparency, and drive metrics‑based improvement.
- Lead Agile transformation initiatives, including scaling frameworks and process optimisation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a complex, multi‑team environment.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and other Agile frameworks.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to drive process improvement and deliver measurable results.
- Effective communication in English, both written and verbal.
