You will coach Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Developers to foster self-organizing, continuously improving teams that achieve sustainable high performance and deliver measurable business value.

As an Agile Coach, you’ll be the catalyst for agility across globally distributed teams building healthcare technology solutions. You’ll partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership, coaching Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Developers in the US, Nepal, and India. Your mission is to build self-organizing, continuously improving teams that achieve sustainable high performance through disciplined agility, data-driven retrospection, and human-centered leadership–delivering measurable business value to customers.
