Systems Engineer
Design and operate multi‑agent AI pipelines that execute real business logic, leveraging Python, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, and LLM tool‑calling protocols to integrate with enterprise data systems.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain multi‑agent workflows that automate procurement, supply‑chain, and reporting processes.
- Build agent graphs using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI, ensuring reliable orchestration and error handling.
- Implement tool‑use and function‑calling capabilities with large language models, integrating external APIs and enterprise data sources.
- Apply Agent‑to‑Agent (A2A) or Model Context Protocol (MCP) standards to enable seamless inter‑agent communication.
- Monitor, debug, and optimize production pipelines for performance, scalability, and security.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries.
- Hands‑on experience building agentic systems with LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Deep understanding of LLM tool‑use, function calling, and agent communication protocols (A2A, MCP).
- Proven ability to integrate AI agents with live enterprise data platforms and APIs.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving environment.
