About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end LLM‑based AI/ML systems for federal clients, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
- Design and implement multi‑agent solutions, orchestrating agents across services and data sources.
- Define governance frameworks for model lifecycle, data usage, and ethical AI practices.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Lead technical reviews, code quality checks, and knowledge transfer sessions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with deep knowledge of LLMs and large‑scale model deployment.
- Proven expertise in multi‑agent system design, agent orchestration, and governance.
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with government stakeholders.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and secure data handling in federal environments.
