Software Engineer
Lead the design and delivery of agentic data pipelines on AWS, ensuring robust AI governance, secure access control, and high‑performance processing with Apache Hadoop.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end data delivery solutions that integrate autonomous agent systems with existing data platforms.
- Implement AI governance frameworks to ensure ethical, compliant, and transparent use of machine‑learning models.
- Design and enforce fine‑grained access control policies across AWS services and Hadoop clusters.
- Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and security teams to optimize data ingestion, processing, and storage pipelines.
- Mentor and lead a cross‑functional team, driving best practices in data engineering, cloud security, and governance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or data platform leadership, with strong expertise in AWS and Apache Hadoop.
- Proven track record implementing AI governance and access control mechanisms in large‑scale environments.
- Deep understanding of agent‑based architectures and their integration with data pipelines.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to translate business requirements into technical designs, and excellent communication abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus.
