Software Engineer
Design, build, and deploy enterprise AI/ML solutions while leading a small engineering team. Deliver secure, scalable software and data systems using Python, cloud platforms, and modern data engineering practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end AI/ML pipelines for enterprise customers, from data ingestion to model serving.
- Lead a small team of engineers and coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely, high‑quality releases.
- Develop secure, scalable software components using Python and cloud services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Lambda, ECS).
- Establish best practices for model monitoring, versioning, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Collaborate with product, data science, and infrastructure teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related STEM field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience designing, building, and deploying enterprise‑grade AI/ML systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and modern data engineering tools.
- Demonstrated technical leadership on complex projects and ability to mentor junior engineers.
