About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end development of predictive and prescriptive AI models, from data acquisition through deployment.
- Design and implement advanced statistical and mathematical techniques to address business‑critical forecasting and decision‑making questions.
- Validate model performance, ensure robustness, and maintain documentation for regulatory and governance compliance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and integrate models into production systems.
- Mentor junior analysts, promote best practices in model development, and drive continuous improvement of the analytics framework.
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience building and validating machine‑learning models in a financial or enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in Python (including libraries such as scikit‑learn, pandas, NumPy) and experience with data engineering pipelines.
- Strong foundation in statistical methods, predictive modeling, and advanced mathematical techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
