About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and deliver end‑to‑end Agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients, ensuring scalability, security, and responsible AI practices.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in developing LLM‑based multi‑agent systems and orchestration frameworks that drive productivity and enterprise‑wide AI adoption.
- Collaborate with product, data, and security stakeholders to define governance, compliance, and ethical guidelines for AI deployments.
- Mentor and coach technical staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in AI engineering.
- Advise senior leadership on AI strategy, technology roadmaps, and the business impact of agentic solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong focus on LLMs, multi‑agent systems, and cloud‑native architectures.
- Proficiency in Python and experience building production‑grade AI pipelines on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Deep understanding of responsible AI principles, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience leading large, cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, enterprise environment.
