About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate agentic AI architectures that combine large language models with reinforcement learning for autonomous decision‑making.
- Design, train, and fine‑tune machine‑learning models using Python frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Implement scalable deployment pipelines on AWS, ensuring high availability and compliance with security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define system requirements, evaluate performance, and iterate on AI solutions.
- Document design decisions, create technical specifications, and contribute to peer reviews.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar).
- Hands‑on experience building reinforcement learning agents and working with large language models.
- Familiarity with cloud services, particularly AWS, for model training and deployment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
