About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and prototype autonomous AI agents that can plan, learn, and adapt to dynamic engineering environments.
- Design and train deep learning and reinforcement learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing simulation, control, and data pipelines across multiple industry domains.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate domain requirements into AI‑driven product features.
- Evaluate model performance, conduct rigorous testing, and iterate to improve robustness and scalability.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine‑learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
- Hands‑on experience building and deploying reinforcement‑learning or other autonomous agents.
- Solid understanding of deep‑learning architectures, optimization techniques, and model evaluation.
- Background in engineering domains (e.g., aerospace, automotive, energy) or ability to quickly grasp domain‑specific challenges.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to work in fast‑paced, multidisciplinary teams.
