Agentic AI Engineer

About Position:

We are looking for a skilled professional with strong hands-on experience in AWS Bedrock, Agentic AI architectures, and chatbot integrations, along with automation testing expertise. The role focuses on building, integrating, testing, and monitoring AI-driven conversational solutions using AWS-native services and modern QA frameworks.

What You'll Do:

• Design and implement Agentic Core solutions using AWS Bedrock.
• Develop and manage MCP Client Service implementations.
• Integrate AWS Bots with:
  • Amazon Connect (mandatory)
  • LivePerson (good to have)
  • UI widgets and frontend interfaces.
• Configure and manage AWS services using Terraform, including required infrastructure changes.
• Implement semantic search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using AWS AI models (Bedrock / Lex).
• Perform testing and simulation using AWS Test Bench to validate code and configurations.
• Build integrations with CloudWatch, Datadog, and Power BI to generate actionable chatbot and conversation metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing AI solutions.
