AI Engineer
Design and build agentic AI solutions for clinical research, leveraging Python, machine learning, NLP, and deep learning on AWS to accelerate biopharmaceutical development.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop agentic AI models that autonomously generate hypotheses and design experiments for clinical trials.
- Implement end‑to‑end ML pipelines using Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, S3).
- Integrate NLP techniques to extract insights from biomedical literature and clinical data.
- Collaborate with data scientists, clinicians, and software engineers to translate research needs into scalable AI solutions.
- Monitor model performance, conduct bias audits, and iterate on models to ensure regulatory compliance and clinical relevance.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks.
- Proven track record in building production‑grade ML models, preferably in healthcare or life sciences.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS cloud services for model deployment and data management.
- Knowledge of NLP and deep learning techniques for biomedical text analysis.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, interdisciplinary team.
