Agentic AI Engineer - Infosys

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement end‑to‑end generative AI pipelines that transform business ideas into scalable products.
• Develop and fine‑tune large language models and multimodal models using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and services.
• Conduct rigorous experimentation, evaluate model performance, and iterate to meet business objectives.
• Document best practices, model artifacts, and deployment workflows for reproducibility.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
• Hands‑on experience building and deploying generative AI and NLP models.
• Solid understanding of deep learning fundamentals, transformer architectures, and large‑scale training.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a passion for staying current with AI research.
• Effective communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
