Lead the design and deployment of agentic AI systems, leveraging Python, deep learning, and reinforcement learning to create autonomous agents that adapt and learn in complex environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize agentic AI models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Implement reinforcement learning algorithms to enable autonomous decision-making in dynamic scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI solutions into product pipelines.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of agent performance.
- Document architecture, code, and research findings for internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks.
- Proven expertise in reinforcement learning and agentic AI concepts.
- Background in computer science, AI, or related field with a focus on autonomous systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and scalable AI deployment is a plus.
