Lead advanced AI initiatives as an Agentic AI Data Scientist, driving interpretable machine learning models, data analytics, and cloud-based deployments to boost operational efficiency and decision‑making.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models that are interpretable and steerable across business domains.
- Lead end‑to‑end data science projects, from data acquisition and cleaning to feature engineering and model validation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
- Mentor junior data scientists, fostering best practices in model development, documentation, and reproducibility.
- Implement model monitoring, performance tracking, and continuous improvement pipelines on AWS infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science or machine learning roles.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data manipulation libraries (pandas, NumPy).
- Hands‑on experience with machine learning frameworks (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and model deployment tools.
- Strong understanding of cloud services, particularly AWS (SageMaker, EC2, S3).
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
