About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end agentic AI systems that integrate large language models with existing civic platforms.
- Develop and refine prompts, retrieval‑augmented generation pipelines, and feedback loops to ensure high‑quality, trustworthy outputs.
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to translate stakeholder needs into technical specifications and measurable value metrics.
- Design, deploy, and monitor cloud‑native services on AWS, including serverless functions, containerized workloads, and data pipelines.
- Conduct value‑engineering analyses, quantifying cost savings, efficiency gains, and citizen impact for each AI initiative.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building AI/ML solutions, with deep expertise in prompt engineering and LLM integration.
- Proficiency in Python and modern AI libraries (e.g., LangChain, Transformers, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services such as SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS, and data storage solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to define, measure, and communicate business value of AI deployments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, especially in public‑sector environments.
