Software Engineer
Design and deploy AI‑driven conversational experiences, building NLU models and integrating them into scalable cloud services to power real‑world enterprise customer interactions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and fine‑tune NLU models for intent detection, entity extraction, and sentiment analysis.
- Design end‑to‑end AI pipelines that integrate with the company’s orchestration platform and external CRM systems.
- Implement scalable, cloud‑native services on AWS using serverless and container technologies.
- Collaborate with product, UX, and data teams to translate business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Monitor model performance in production, troubleshoot issues, and iterate to improve accuracy and latency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning or AI engineering, with a focus on natural language processing.
- Proficiency in Python and deep‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Hands‑on experience building and deploying RESTful APIs and microservices on AWS.
- Strong understanding of NLU concepts, including intent classification, entity recognition, and dialogue management.
- Ability to work remotely in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment and communicate technical ideas clearly.
