About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy agentic AI applications that integrate prompting, retrieval‑augmented generation, and autonomous orchestration.
- Build and maintain end‑to‑end pipelines for data ingestion, model training, evaluation, and continuous deployment on cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions, ensuring robust performance and user experience.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and feedback loops to refine model outputs and maintain high reliability.
- Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers on AI and data engineering principles.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML systems.
- Experience with RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and autonomous workflow orchestration.
- Strong background in cloud services (AWS), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into product‑driven solutions.
