As a Station Agent in Bordeaux, you will ensure a seamless and personalized experience for FlixBus passengers, managing arrivals, departures, sales, and providing customer support. This is a full-time seasonal role from June 22 to August 31, where you will be the face of FlixBus at Europe's largest bus station.

As a Station Agent at Flix, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and personalized experience for our passengers at Europe's largest bus station in Bordeaux. You will be our face in Bordeaux and actively contribute to our mission of sustainable mobility.
This is a full-time seasonal position from June 22 to August 31.
Advise customers and promote our FlixBus travel services and offers.
Welcome and guide travelers at the Bordeaux bus station.
Manage bus departures and arrivals in conjunction with drivers and the operations team.
Monitor and report elements that may affect the service (delays, incidents, competition).
Manage sales, refunds, and the cash register.
Support passengers in case of network disruptions.
Use digital tools to facilitate operations and reception.
Your Profile
No degree required, your experience and sense of service are essential.
A first experience (minimum 1 year) in reception, sales, tourism, or transport is a plus.
Proficiency in English (French is also required).
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer contact.
Comfortable with digital tools and field missions.
Stress resistance, service-oriented, flexible, team spirit.
Experience in sales or cash management.
