Aeronautical Engineer Principal Aeronautical Engineer

We are seeking an Aeronautical Engineer / Principal Aeronautical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing aircraft and spacecraft systems, leading multidisciplinary teams of engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aeronautical engineering, with expertise in areas such as structural analysis, computational fluid dynamics, and finite element analysis. Experience with Python and MATLAB programming languages is also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers in the design and development of aircraft and spacecraft systems.
• Develop and implement structural analysis and computational fluid dynamics models to optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in aeronautical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in structural analysis, computational fluid dynamics, and finite element analysis.
• Experience with Python and MATLAB programming languages.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
