Experienced AEM Guides Developer needed to design, customize, and support DITA‑based documentation solutions on Adobe Experience Manager, enhancing authoring workflows and multi‑channel publishing.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AEM Guides (XML Documentation) solutions that meet business and publishing requirements.
- Customize content models, templates, and components using Java, Maven, and AEM best practices.
- Integrate DITA‑based authoring workflows with AEM, enabling efficient multi‑channel output.
- Collaborate with architects, content authors, and Adobe consultants to define technical specifications and optimize performance.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing AEM Guides implementations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Manager, specifically AEM Guides.
- Strong knowledge of DITA content standards and XML documentation workflows.
- Proficiency in Java development, Maven build processes, and RESTful API integration.
- Experience with front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for component customization.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
