About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead hardware design and development for inkjet, robotics, and machine vision systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components.
- Prototype, test, and iterate hardware solutions, ensuring performance and manufacturability.
- Analyze failure modes, troubleshoot issues, and implement design improvements.
- Document design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in hardware design for inkjet or robotics applications.
- Strong knowledge of machine vision integration and control systems.
- Hands‑on prototyping skills with CAD, PCB layout, and rapid manufacturing.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
