About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Map and analyze customer data landscapes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for AI readiness.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines using Python and SQL to transform raw data into AI‑ready formats.
- Implement data governance, access controls, and compliance frameworks across cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate data sources, ensuring scalability and performance for production workloads.
- Document data models, pipeline logic, and governance policies for internal and client stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering, with strong Python and SQL skills.
- Hands‑on experience building ETL pipelines and working with cloud data services.
- Deep understanding of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with AI/GenAI data preparation is a plus.
