About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large relational and warehouse datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform fundraising strategy.
- Build and maintain predictive models in Python to forecast donor behavior and optimize campaign performance.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to communicate findings to stakeholders and support decision‑making.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data quality and consistency.
- Lead the design and implementation of analytics frameworks that guide resource allocation and strategic planning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a fundraising or nonprofit environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Strong statistical background with experience building predictive models.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is a plus.
