Designs intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital experiences, translating business goals and user needs into high‑fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes using modern design tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high‑fidelity prototypes that align with product strategy and user requirements.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and accessibility audits to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency across platforms.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
- Translate design concepts into HTML/CSS specifications to support development hand‑off.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in a B2B or logistics environment.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch and strong visual design sensibility.
- Demonstrated ability to apply accessibility standards (WCAG) and conduct usability testing.
- Solid understanding of front‑end fundamentals (HTML, CSS) to communicate effectively with developers.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
