Advanced Technology Japan Engineer, CMP process

We are seeking an Advanced Technology Japan Engineer to join our team at Micron's Hiroshima Fab 15. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarization) process technology. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize CMP processes to meet the needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in materials science, chemical engineering, or a related field, with experience in CMP process development and implementation. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Node.js, as well as experience with machine learning and AWS technologies, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement CMP process technology to meet customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize CMP processes
• Conduct experiments and analyze data to improve CMP process performance
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CMP technology

Requirements:

• Master's degree in materials science, chemical engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CMP process development and implementation
• Strong background in programming languages such as Python and Node.js
• Experience with machine learning and AWS technologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
