Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement predictive and prescriptive models to support product, marketing, and revenue strategies.
• Extract, clean, and transform large-scale gaming and transactional data from multiple sources using SQL and Python.
• Develop dashboards and visual analytics that communicate insights to senior stakeholders and drive data‑driven decision making.
• Conduct A/B tests and causal analyses to evaluate feature performance and optimize player experience.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product, engineering, and finance—to translate business problems into analytical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in data science or advanced analytics, preferably in gaming, entertainment, or a related consumer‑facing industry.
• Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, statsmodels) and SQL for data manipulation and model development.
• Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design (A/B testing, causal inference).
• Experience creating clear, compelling visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Plotly.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non‑technical audiences and influence strategic decisions.
