About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional teams in the design, analysis, and validation of advanced engine components.
- Develop and execute CFD and FEA studies to optimize performance, weight, and manufacturability.
- Create and maintain detailed CAD models and simulation workflows, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and test teams to translate design intent into production‑ready solutions.
- Document findings, produce technical reports, and present results to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in engine or high‑performance aerospace project engineering.
- Proficiency in CFD, FEA, MATLAB, and Python for simulation and data analysis.
- Strong CAD skills (CATIA, NX, or equivalent) and familiarity with manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork abilities.
