Software Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end development of next‑generation automotive driver interface systems, driving innovation from concept to commercialization using Python, C++, and embedded automotive technologies in an Agile environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle for driver interface concepts, from ideation through design, prototyping, and handoff to manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (mechanical, electrical, software) to define requirements, architecture, and integration plans.
- Develop and validate embedded firmware and software using C++ and Python, ensuring compliance with automotive safety and performance standards.
- Lead technical reviews, risk assessments, and design validation activities, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Communicate progress, technical challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, translating business needs into engineering deliverables.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of automotive or embedded systems experience.
- Proficiency in C++ and Python for embedded development and rapid prototyping.
- Strong understanding of automotive electronics, CAN/FlexRay, and real‑time operating systems.
- Experience with Agile development practices and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.
