About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and statistical analyses that translate business requirements into actionable insights.
- Lead end‑to‑end analytical projects, from data acquisition and preprocessing to model validation and production deployment.
- Implement automated unit testing using Pytest to ensure model reliability and maintainability.
- Mentor and coach junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to integrate data science solutions into product pipelines.
Requirements
- Strong background in Python programming and experience with ML libraries such as scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Proven expertise in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and data analysis techniques.
- Hands‑on experience with automated testing frameworks, particularly Pytest.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in fast‑paced engineering environments and mentoring junior talent.
