Lead cutting‑edge research on industrial agentic AI, designing advanced analytics models and reinforcement‑learning systems to boost manufacturing productivity, sustainability, and agility using Python and modern ML frameworks.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop novel reinforcement‑learning and generative AI algorithms tailored for industrial automation and process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to integrate advanced analytics models into real‑time control systems and digital twins.
- Conduct large‑scale data experiments, evaluate model performance, and iterate on solutions to improve productivity, energy efficiency, and sustainability metrics.
- Publish research findings in top conferences/journals and translate insights into actionable prototypes for manufacturing environments.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the organization’s AI research roadmap.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Hands‑on experience building and deploying reinforcement‑learning or agentic AI systems in industrial or robotics contexts.
- Proven track record of publishing high‑impact research and translating prototypes into production‑ready solutions.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, and strong communication of complex technical concepts.
