What is the opportunity?
The Product Adoption team partners closely with Omnissa Product, Technical Field, and our customers to accelerate and incubate the adoption of new solutions. Our mission is to deliver customer-ready products that align with real-world needs, harness operational and deployment insights to refine best practices, and drive innovation through the development of prototypes and tooling. As an Adoption Product Manager , you will act as the strategic and technical bridge between core product development and real-world deployment. You will ensure new features are enterprise-ready by embedding deep technical expertise into the product lifecycle from early inception through scaled customer rollout.
Key Responsibilities
Product Incubation & Beta Management: Orchestrate the formal lifecycle of incubating new products from inception through beta, managing complex internal/external test groups to collect actionable feedback and deliver hundreds of pre-release bug fixes before General Availability (GA).
Product Partnership: Partner directly with Product Owners during early-stage ideation, translating real-world deployment constraints, client health challenges, and security baseline demands into core product requirements.
Scalable Field Enablement: Author comprehensive deployment guidance, standard operating procedures, training workflows, and documentation to enable external support structures (PS, CS, and Account Teams) to successfully manage downstream customer deployments.
Lighthouse Program Execution: Manage relationships with high-value Premier enterprise customers, tracking deployment telemetry and diagnosing high-impact operational blockers.
Technical Root Cause Analysis: Perform deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA) on enterprise-wide adoption blockers—such as software packaging issues, enrollment failures, and third-party security tool conflicts—to build permanent remediations into the product roadmap.
