Product Manager
Lead the evolution of marketing technology by driving data capture, reporting, and test‑and‑learn initiatives using Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Target to elevate customer experience.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Target within the Customer Experience Organization.
- Design and implement data capture strategies that ensure accurate, actionable insights across marketing channels.
- Develop robust reporting frameworks to translate complex data into clear, business‑driven recommendations.
- Lead test‑and‑learn programs, coordinating cross‑functional teams to experiment, measure, and iterate on customer experience improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives and customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of hands‑on experience with Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Target.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
