About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional team of developers, architects, and QA engineers in the design, development, and deployment of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications.
- Architect and implement scalable, secure solutions on AWS, ensuring high availability, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Drive continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, automating build, test, and release processes.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and roadmaps.
- Champion Agile methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand‑ups to maintain velocity and quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Adobe Experience Manager.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Node.js, with hands‑on experience building and maintaining AEM components and services.
- Deep knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFormation) and experience deploying AEM on cloud infrastructure.
- Strong background in CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar) and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time.
