About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Adobe Creative Cloud services, including user provisioning, license management, and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools, resolving incidents and implementing best practices.
- Configure and manage Azure Active Directory and Office 365 identities, SSO, and security policies.
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell scripts and monitor platform health.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement integration solutions between Adobe and Microsoft ecosystems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience administering Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft collaboration platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Azure AD, Office 365, and SSO implementations.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
