About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the School Operations Manager, Head of Programme, and teaching staff.
- Manage course calendars, room bookings, and resource allocation for Business and Technology programmes.
- Maintain accurate records, update the Learning Management System, and prepare course documentation.
- Coordinate communication between tutors, students, and external partners, ensuring timely dissemination of information.
- Handle data entry, reporting, and basic financial administration such as invoice processing and expense tracking.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational or training setting.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and ability to manage course‑related data.
- Excellent organisational, time‑management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
