Software Engineer
Lead the functional safety architecture for ADAS/Autonomy solutions, defining safety concepts, requirements, and processes while developing safety‑critical software in compliance with ISO 26262 and SOTIF.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the safety concept and architecture for ADAS/Autonomy SoC solutions.
- Develop and maintain software safety requirements and safety‑critical code following ISO 26262, SOTIF, and related standards.
- Establish and drive safety processes, verification, and validation activities across development teams.
- Collaborate with customers, system architects, and integration/test groups to ensure safety compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams on functional safety best practices.
Requirements
- Strong experience with functional safety standards (ISO 26262, SOTIF) and safety‑critical software development.
- Proficiency in C/C++ and embedded systems development for automotive applications.
- Hands‑on experience designing safety architectures for ADAS or autonomous driving systems.
- Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration with customers and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field; advanced safety certifications a plus.
