Lead the design, integration, and validation of advanced driver assistance subsystems using embedded C/C++, AUTOSAR, and CAN, while leveraging MATLAB/Simulink for algorithm development and safety‑critical testing.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and validate ADAS vehicle‑system components in embedded C/C++ within an AUTOSAR framework.
- Integrate sensor data (camera, radar, lidar) and develop perception, planning, and control algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink.
- Configure and troubleshoot CAN and FlexRay communication networks, ensuring deterministic data exchange.
- Collaborate with hardware teams to perform hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HIL) and vehicle‑in‑the‑loop (VIL) testing, driving performance and safety metrics.
- Apply ISO 26262 and other safety standards to document functional safety cases and conduct risk assessments.
- Participate in cross‑functional reviews, code audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in embedded automotive software development for ADAS or related domains.
- Proficiency in C/C++, AUTOSAR architecture, and CAN/FlexRay protocols.
- Hands‑on experience with MATLAB/Simulink for algorithm prototyping and simulation.
- Strong analytical skills, problem‑solving mindset, and excellent communication abilities.
