About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full‑cycle Acumatica implementations from discovery to go‑live, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
- Collaborate with clients to map and optimize business processes, translating requirements into Acumatica configurations.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (development, QA, training) and manage third‑party integrations.
- Provide post‑implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Document project artifacts, create user guides, and conduct training sessions for end users.
Requirements
- Proven experience implementing Acumatica or similar ERP solutions.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on business process improvement.
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement and client training.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
