Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines that feed actuarial models and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with actuarial analysts to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and automated alerts to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Optimize performance of data workflows using AWS services (S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda).
- Document architecture, processes, and best practices for future maintenance and onboarding.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Python and SQL for data engineering tasks.
- Hands‑on knowledge of AWS data services and cloud architecture.
- Strong analytical skills with a background in actuarial or insurance data.
- Experience with ETL/ELT tools and data modeling.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
