Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine actuarial forecasting models to predict future financial outcomes and support business strategy.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and inform model assumptions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and present findings through clear visualizations.
- Validate model outputs, perform sensitivity analyses, and document assumptions and methodologies for audit and regulatory compliance.
- Continuously improve model performance by integrating new data sources and advanced statistical techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 2–4 years of actuarial or analytical experience, preferably in forecasting or risk modeling.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Experience with Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
