As an Intelligence & Insights GenAI/LLM Scientist, you will build data-driven Gen AI enabled solutions and engage with clients to implement complex AI workflows using large language models. This role involves designing, deploying, and optimizing LLM-based applications with technologies like RAG architectures, LangChain, and Bedrock Agents.

YOUR ROLE
Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as an Intelligence & Insights (I&I) GenAI/LLM Scientist in our Talent & Organization (T&O) practice, a typical day might include:
- Build data-driven Gen AI enabled solutions including frameworks, products and offerings prototypes
- Engage with clients to understand their challenges and recommend building, orchestrating, and running complex AI workflows and agents using large language models (LLMs)
- Hands on experience in designing, deploying and optimizing LLM based applications using RAG architectures, LangChain, Agentic frameworks, LangGraph, and Bedrock Agents etc.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to develop business solutions by determining the best I&I solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients and foster business growth with clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Define data-backed people strategies to support business transformational programs
- Contribute to T&O practice-building efforts
