Lead customer success for enterprise accounting solutions, ensuring adoption, training, and support across SAP, QuickBooks, and custom platforms. Drive user satisfaction, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with product teams to enhance functionality.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, guiding them through onboarding, configuration, and best practices for accounting software.
- Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues, escalating to engineering when necessary, and document solutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to provide feedback on feature requests and user experience improvements.
- Develop and deliver training materials, webinars, and workshops to increase user proficiency and adoption.
- Track customer health metrics, identify upsell opportunities, and contribute to renewal strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or technical support for accounting or ERP software.
- Proficiency with SAP, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other accounting platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
