About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end month‑end close for a portfolio of 13+ brands, ensuring accurate, timely financial statements and compliance with GAAP.
- Collaborate with shared services and IT to integrate data from the Data Fabric and Automation Engine, driving process efficiencies and real‑time reporting.
- Implement AI/LLM solutions to automate routine reconciliation, data validation, and variance analysis, reducing manual effort and error rates.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identifying bottlenecks, proposing workflow enhancements, and monitoring KPI performance.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership, supporting strategic decisions and margin expansion.
Requirements
- 10+ years of finance experience, with 5+ years in a managerial role overseeing month‑end close.
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and data integration tools; experience with AI/LLM applications in finance is a must.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable presenting to senior executives.
- Remote work experience and availability during US Central business hours.
