The Supply department is the B2B division within Agoda that connects with our external partners to ensure the supply of accommodations, flights, and activities. Within Supply, our account management teams work directly with hotel partners to drive mutual growth, strengthen relationships, and ensure Agoda remains the platform of choice for our supply partners across the region.
The Opportunity
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing the coverage and quality of Agoda's supply network by remotely managing a portfolio of hotel partners in the mid-tail segment. This is a high-volume role focused on maximizing partner engagement, driving portfolio performance, and improving supply metrics at scale.
What You'll Do
You will own a portfolio of mid-tail hotel partners, serving as their primary point of contact and driving performance through proactive, data-driven account management — all delivered remotely.
