Drive adoption of AWS cloud services within the financial services and fintech sector, building strategic relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and expanding revenue through consultative selling and technical expertise.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage a portfolio of fintech and financial services customers across India, guiding them from initial engagement to long‑term partnership.
- Collaborate with solution architects, product specialists, and partner teams to design and present AWS‑based architectures that address regulatory, security, and performance requirements of the financial industry.
- Lead the sales cycle end‑to‑end, including opportunity qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure, while meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets.
- Provide ongoing technical consulting and business value analysis to help customers modernize legacy systems, adopt cloud‑native services, and achieve cost‑optimization.
- Maintain deep knowledge of AWS services, fintech market trends, and compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI‑DSS, GDPR) to position AWS as the preferred platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise sales or account management experience, preferably within the financial services or fintech domain.
- Strong technical acumen with hands‑on experience designing or selling cloud solutions on AWS.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior business and technical leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; AWS certifications are a plus.
